看了師轉寄的麥可摩爾(Michael Moore)的演說，真的是字字句句感人肺腑，大地震動。

美國威斯康辛州政府為減少財政赤字，意圖免去與政府僱員工會討價還價的時間和精力，提出議案要求州政府公務員和教師等自行承擔更多退休金和醫療費，並取消他們的集體談判權與罷工權，結果引發大規模示威，抗議風潮席捲美國 50 州。

麥可摩爾專程來到麥迪遜，發表演說，給工會打氣，說州政府的做法是劫貧濟富的大騙局，把美國最有錢四百個富豪的財產加總，竟然比美國一半人口1.5億人擁有的還多，怎麼不叫這些富豪「共體時艱」？講到美國驚人的貧富差距，群眾們反應熱烈。

觀察到，他演說的方式和小英主席很不一樣（身分、場合不同），他們兩人都有講稿，可是，麥可摩爾每一個停頓、每一個眼神、每一個字，都緊扣著在場所有人的心，彷彿是一場即席的演說，情感如此自然地交流，真是個出色的演說家，鼓舞了所有人的心。

「喔～威斯康辛，妳喚醒了一個叫做『美利堅合眾國的勞動者』的沉睡巨人！此刻，大地震動，那些當權者腳底下的土地在滑動了。妳的訊息振奮了五十州的人民，那訊息是：我們已受夠了！我們要拒絕任何人告訴我們美利堅已破產與破碎，事實恰恰相反！我們賦有天份、創意與勤奮，還有，是的，愛！對那些並無過失而今卻落入困窘處境的人，我們有愛與慈悲。他們仍渴望著我們也都渴望的：還我家國！還我民主！還我名聲！美利堅合眾國，不是美利堅財團國。」 (Until now. On Wisconsin! Never has a Michigander been more happy to share a big, great lake with you! You have aroused the sleeping giant known as the working people of the United States of America. Right now the earth is shaking and the ground is shifting under the feet of those who are in charge. Your message has inspired people in all 50 states and that message is: WE HAVE HAD IT! We reject anyone who tells us America is broke and broken. It's just the opposite! We are rich with talent and ideas and hard work and, yes, love. Love and compassion toward those who have, through no fault of their own, ended up as the least among us. But they still crave what we all crave: Our country back! Our democracy back! Our good name back! The United States of America. NOT the Corporate States of America.)

And let us pause for a moment and remember that it was a poor man with a fruit stand in Tunisia who gave his life so that the world might focus its attention on how a government run by billionaires for billionaires is an affront to freedom and morality and humanity.)

「美利堅沒有破產，唯一破產的，是統治者們的道德羅盤，我們的目標是修復這個羅盤，並且從今後，自己來掌舵。不要忘記，只要我們的憲法仍具效力，就是一人一票，這是有錢人最痛恨美國的地方，因為，就算他們掌握了所有的金錢和權勢，他們嫉羨這個無法動搖的根本事實：我們的人數比他們多！麥迪遜，不要撤退，我們與妳同在，我們將一同迎接勝利！」(America ain't broke! The only thing that's broke is the moral compass of the rulers. And we aim to fix that compass and steer the ship ourselves from now on. Never forget, as long as that Constitution of ours still stands, it's one person, one vote, and it's the thing the rich hate most about America -- because even though they seem to hold all the money and all the cards, they begrudgingly know this one unshakeable basic fact: There are more of us than there are of them!　Madison, do not retreat. 晚上看瑞典電影「就像在天堂」《 As It Is in Heaven 》，描述一位知名指揮家，因病中斷其正值巔峰的生涯，重回出生的小鎮，當他以音樂漸漸打開小鎮村民的緊閉心扉時，也開始勇敢地面對兒時的恐懼…。

不管是電影中描繪的瑞典小鎮居民，或是在麥迪遜街頭，不分男女老幼、手執標語的示威民眾，今天，看到了好多無懼的眼神啊，那因為意識到「在一起」的「不怕」，那決心要走出來的勇氣。

「我們都要走出來，真的要走出來，缺一個都不行，不想走出來，多一個也不行。孤單的是不想走出來的人，我們永不孤單；孤單的是在苦難中活不出真愛與瞭解的人。世間仇恨像瘟疫在散播；沒有進一步的愛與瞭解，嗔恨可以再昇高，苦難一波波湧入，佛陀善知識五分法身的愛與瞭解也一波波流出。苦難遍處，法身更加遍處。在苦難中見到寂靜，在死亡中見到生命。寂靜永遠包含苦難，苦難愈大，寂靜愈大。」
